Job Summary
Senior-level Managing Architect responsible for guiding technical direction and customer success across strategic Red Hat Services engagements. Leads and mentors Architects and Principal Consultants, designs enterprise-level architectural roadmaps, and drives delivery standards in collaboration with PMO and RMO. Partners with Service Managers to scope and deliver consulting engagements, run workshops and demos, influence executive stakeholders, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Builds and promotes center of excellence practices, ensures repeatable delivery models, and aligns delivery with Red Hat strategy and customer outcomes. Requires extensive experience in enterprise architecture, OpenShift and container platforms, Linux, DevOps/agile methods, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives; travel up to 50%. Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teams of architects and senior consultants
- Proven track record delivering complex consulting engagements
- Ability to design enterprise-level architectural roadmaps and guide customers
- Strong verbal and written communication, including presentations to executives
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Experience with Red Hat technologies (OpenShift, RHEL, Ansible) and cloud architectures (private/public/hybrid)
