Job Summary
Independently analyze complex problems for self-insured clients and lead client meetings while managing day-to-day project responsibilities. Review and validate deliverables to ensure technical accuracy across reserving analyses, templates, and exhibits. Prepare high-quality written reports and exhibits to present findings and recommendations. Oversee the training, development, and mentorship of staff to foster career growth. Requires 10+ years of P&C consulting experience with expertise in reserving and leadership skills. Based in satellite offices including Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, or Philadelphia.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of consulting experience focused on Property and Casualty clients, including self-insureds, captives, and (re)insurers
- Expertise in reserving
- Well versed in a range of actuarial projects, including pricing/ratemaking, predictive modeling, economic capital modeling, and loyalty rewards programs
- Familiarity with business development
- ACAS/FCAS
- Strong experience in leadership and employee management
- Demonstrated superior communication and client engagement skills
