Managerial - School Culture Specialist (UP Academy Dorchester) (Tier C) (Temporary Vacancy) (SY26-27)

Maintain and develop a joyful, structured, achievement-oriented school culture based on UP Academy's vision of excellence. Build systems and procedures with the School Culture Team to protect instructional time and reinforce positive culture. Provide daily proactive support to teachers and students to uphold high behavioral expectations. Serve as the point person for discipline and culture issues while maintaining efficiency in the Dean of Student's Office. Run weekly small-group advisory sessions for middle school students focused on high school readiness and life skills. Assist in creating and implementing individual behavior plans and reinforce the school-wide behavior plan. Ensure the physical environment reinforces school culture and facilitate student achievement. Model professional behavior and remain highly visible during school hours.
