Coordinate care delivery and operational efficiency within your organizational unit while collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and senior leadership under a dual leadership model. Facilitate self-organizing teams to deliver high-quality treatment for individuals with substance use disorders, co-morbidities, and complex psychiatric needs. Lead a team of professionals, develop treatment protocols, and represent the organization in external stakeholder relationships. Contribute to strategic policy formulation, annual training plans, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to current treatment guidelines. Maintain a safe work and learning environment through active coordination and team support.
