Job Summary
Zonal Field Engineer responsible for quality and performance of the RAN network across their zone, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to deliver superior voice and data experiences. Performs utilization monitoring of key nodes, analyzes zonal network complaints, conducts complaint visits and resolutions, engages with teams for network complaints management, and drives network performance improvements and perception programs. Conducts regular drive tests and benchmarking of network rollout performance, and shares insights with the zonal business. Requires strong technical knowledge in radio network parameters, hands-on field optimization experience, and 5+ years of experience with a BTech in electronics and telecommunications.
Required Qualifications
- BTech electronics and telecommunications
- 5+ years of experience in field engineering/telecom
- on-field optimization experience
- excellent analytical skills
- knowledge of radio network parameters
- experience with network performance KPIs (TNPS, NPS)
- drive tests and benchmarking experience
