Job Summary
Manager, Youth Programs responsible for growing Youth Program partnerships in Northern New Jersey and Westchester. Manage program operations, sales, renewals, and program marketing; guide regional coaching staff; serve as primary liaison with partner club boards, directors, and coaches to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive revenue through prospecting and securing partnerships with youth soccer clubs, leagues, and community organizations; manage annual contract renewals; oversee development and selling of services including Club Support, Coaching Services, Team Training Programs, Camps, and Clinics. Lead curriculum implementation, external meetings, site visits, and client-expectation management; develop and monitor the regional budget; coordinate marketing efforts with the youth marketing team to maximize program attendance and brand awareness. Directly manage and develop the Youth Program Coordinator; seek alignment across youth partners. Requires 6+ years of commercial sales experience, strong account management skills, deep knowledge of the youth sports landscape, extensive coaching experience, and ability to travel with flexible schedule (including nights/weekends). Base salary is $65,000 with commissions; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k match, family leave, PTO/holidays, and additional benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of commercial sales experience including territory prospecting, proposal writing, closing contracts, and revenue generation
- Account management experience with multi-stakeholder relationships (youth sports boards)
- In-depth understanding of youth sports landscape with budgeting, financial planning, and KPI analysis
- Extensive on-field coaching experience across diverse age groups and ability to implement technical curriculums with club directors
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated region; availability for nights and weekends
