Job Summary
Conduct fair, thorough, and timely investigations into workplace concerns, including intake, planning, interviews, and reporting insights across India. Partner with internal counsel, compliance, and HR Business Partners to manage employee relations issues, make recommendations on disciplinary processes, and analyze data trends to mitigate risk. Drive continuous improvement in ER policies and frameworks while building preventive capability through manager training and awareness sessions on respectful workplace practices and conflict resolution. Maintain knowledge of current employment laws and regulations, coordinate with legal for non-work environment matters, and independently manage special projects. Strengthen team trust by identifying patterns and building a speak-up culture.
Required Qualifications
- Proven 10+ years of work experience
- 4-5 years of experience in handling complex investigations and senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience in HR policy drafting or influencing organizational policies
- Knowledge of employment laws or legal background
- Understanding of AI tools for pattern recognition and evidence analysis
- Critical thinking – you evaluate conflicting accounts and identify inconsistencies, spot repeated behaviors or systemic concerns
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Cultural awareness – respect diverse perspectives and contexts
- Travel Percentage: 20%
