Job Summary
Lead workforce planning and rostering strategy for a large student services environment; partner with senior stakeholders to align workforce demand with service delivery, oversee scheduling and resource optimisation, and drive advanced reporting and analytics to inform strategic decisions. Manage budgeting, forecasting and workforce-related expenditure, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce planning processes and service delivery in a tertiary-university setting.
