Job Summary
Manager Workforce overseeing a team supporting venue operations and HR regarding time & attendance, scheduling, and CBA rules; serves as liaison to client groups, drives system automation and process improvements for scheduling and payroll, coaches and trains front-line and management staff, tests new workforce system configurations, ensures adherence to policies, and provides reporting/analytics to optimize operations and consistency across the department; requires extensive supervisory experience and familiarity with theater/arena environments, CBA rules, and advanced Excel. The role includes on-site responsibilities with a flexible schedule, and a pay range of $100,000–$115,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years supervisory experience
- Experience in Theater/Arena work environment or similar
- Exposure to Collective Bargaining (CBA) work rules and scheduling procedures preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, lookups, pivot tables)
- Experience with scheduling and/or Time & Attendance applications
- Analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage high volume of interactions and make decisions under pressure
- Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
