Job Summary
Manager, Workday Finance Solutions responsible for owning the financial applications within the Workday ecosystem (FINS, WAP, Strategic Sourcing, Expenses), leading a team of Workday Finance Stewards, coordinating with IT and HR stakeholders, and ensuring effective delivery of finance reporting, security, and governance. Required Qualifications
- University/college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Information Systems
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and/or PMP designation is preferred
- 6+ years of progressive experience bridging finance operations and technology
- 2–4 years of experience implementing or supporting Workday Financials (FINS) or Workday Adaptive Planning (WAP)
- Strong knowledge of FINS and/or WAP in multi-currency, procure-to-pay, and multi-entity consolidation
- Familiarity with enterprise planning and analytics tools and how they connect budgeting and forecasting
- Workday security model and reporting/dashboarding capabilities
- Strong client service mindset and consultative approach
- Experience in asset management, institutional investment, pension, or regulated financial services is an asset
