Manager with German – Brand & Digital

Job Summary
Manager – Brand & Digital will develop and lead client relationships with brand and talent marketing solutions to drive direct hiring, enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance, and maximize the employer brand. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, budget management, creative & strategic thinking, line management, and accountable delivery of Brand & Digital solutions across projects (>$150k), invoicing and reporting, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction. The role requires extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing, strong data analysis skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and a Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred). The position also involves contributing to new business pursuits, developing talent marketing strategies, measuring ROI, and contributing to internal/external thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency)
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to produce and analyse data, identify opportunities and use data to drive decisions
- Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders and quickly build robust relationships
- Translate best practice into relevant, practical and effective solutions and products
- Excellent problem-solving skills; analyze complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with experience leading teams and client-facing engagements
