Job Summary
Recruit, train, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager while managing performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions. Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met, track inventory, and resolve food preparation issues. Enforce sanitation and safety procedures, handle customer service challenges with grace, and maintain a secure facility environment. Communicate operational and human resources issues timely with the District Manager and accept ownership of new job responsibilities to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
- Restaurant experience
- Manager Food Handler Certification
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends and nights
