Lead the assigned unit as a business partner to the General Manager, driving sales through customer traffic and achieving budgeted Gross Operating Profit. Manage recruitment, training, and retention while ensuring a clean, safe, and energy-efficient operation during every shift. Conduct daily audits of sales, labor, cash, and expenses; maintain accurate payroll and inventory records; and enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards. This role requires achieving specific certifications and participating in a skills development program.
