Job Summary
Lead the assigned unit as a business partner to the General Manager, driving sales through increased customer traffic while ensuring health, safety, and operational readiness. Manage recruitment, training, and retention of team members, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain accurate payroll and inventory records. Enforce brand standards, implement safety protocols, and execute administrative tasks including end-of-day paperwork and sales audits. Achieve budgeted gross operating profit and meet customer service goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to read (Orders on tickets, Menu Board, receipts, etc.)
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood and produce items.
- Frequent washing of hands.
