Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and energy-efficient environment while protecting the Whataburger brand. Manage team recruitment, training, and retention through on-the-spot coaching and performance evaluations, maintaining accurate payroll and inventory records. Execute sales plans to drive customer traffic and achieve budgeted Gross Operating Profit, conducting safety audits and handling emergencies with precision. Validate sales performance, review shift reports, and prepare standard management reports as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to read (Orders on tickets, Menu Board, receipts, etc.)
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood and produce items.
- Frequent washing of hands.
