Job Summary

General Manager/Pizzaiolo role leading Antonio's restaurant operations in Westlake, OH. Responsible for day-to-day operation across front- and back-of-house, training and supervising team members, conducting interviews and performance coaching, ensuring food safety and recipe adherence, opening/closing duties, cash handling and inventory, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherence
  • Must be computer literate

  • Knowledge of recruitment, selection and training principles
  • Flexibility to work up to 55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screening
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of cost of goods sold
  • Server Safe Certified or willing to go through internal SSC Class
  • Must be 21+ years of age
