Job Summary
General Manager/Pizzaiolo role leading Antonio's restaurant operations in Westlake, OH. Responsible for day-to-day operation across front- and back-of-house, training and supervising team members, conducting interviews and performance coaching, ensuring food safety and recipe adherence, opening/closing duties, cash handling and inventory, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Role requires strong cooking knowledge, effective communication, adaptability to rotating shifts up to 55 hours per week, and a pathway for career growth through the Pizzaiolo career ladder.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherence
- Must be computer literate
- Effective communication through verbal and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, selection and training principles
- Flexibility to work up to 55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screening
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sold
- Server Safe Certified or willing to go through internal SSC Class
- Must be 21+ years of age
