Job Summary
General Manager role overseeing operations for a Wendy's restaurant within The Salz Group's multi-brand portfolio. Lead and mentor Crew, Shift Supervisors, and other Restaurant Managers to ensure superior customer experiences, adherence to food safety procedures, and achievement of sales and profit goals. Drive continuous improvement in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), uphold Wendy's brand and assets, and participate in marketing programs. Develop team members, foster a customer-focused and productive workforce, and manage day-to-day operations to maximize store performance. Requires travel between restaurants and locations as needed; strong leadership, English communication, math skills, and a collaborative, urgency-driven work ethic are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Ability to travel to other restaurants, meetings, etc.
- Excellent math skills, including basic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
