Job Summary
Manager, Web Strategy responsible for developing, owning, and executing the comprehensive web strategy across four corporate websites. Lead analytics (GA4), CRO, and AI-driven optimization; manage a Web Developer and an SEO Manager; lead CMS development with Webflow; collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Sales to launch integrated campaigns; champion AI-driven workflows and ensure alignment with business and marketing objectives; drive user experience, information architecture, and conversion paths to turn visitors into qualified prospects; oversee performance metrics and ROI across the digital portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a web strategy, UX, or digital marketing leadership role, with focus on managing multiple, complex web properties
- Hands-on experience with Webflow, including collection structure, integrations, and deployment
- Expert-level proficiency in web analytics (GA4), user behavior analysis, and CRO methodologies
- Knowledge of AI-assisted analytics and testing platforms
- Understanding of AEO principles and how large language models discover and cite web content for AI-generated responses
- Ability to create roadmaps, define goals, and execute platform changes
- Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report or dedicated developer
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, structured data/schema markup, accessibility, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with AI-powered content, design, and optimization tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Content, Sales) to launch integrated campaigns
