Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of digital experiences as part of a comprehensive website roadmap, enhancing the web user journey by examining behavioral data, streamlining navigation paths, and refining interaction points to achieve strategic KPIs. Conduct stakeholder interviews to uncover insights driving UX design and content strategy, while translating user journey analysis into actionable website search requirements. Evaluate competitors to identify benchmarks and recommend enhancements based on quantitative and qualitative findings, aligning web strategy with broader digital initiatives including SEO and paid channels. Collaborate with UX, content, and product teams to deliver the 2025 digital roadmap and oversee landing page execution. Develop structured presentations to secure stakeholder approvals and offer expert guidance on digital trends and consumer behavior.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
- 3-5 years of experience in web optimization, digital marketing, or site management with a focus on customer journey mapping
- Proven track record of delivering digital experiences that improve engagement and conversion performance
- Proficiency of behavioral analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Heap, or similar
- Strong skills in stakeholder collaboration, competitive landscape analysis in line with brand and marketing goals
- Deep knowledge of data-based decision-making audience targeting metrics tracking, and compliance with privacy standards
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business, or a closely related field
