Job Summary
Manager, Web & App Digital Experience responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing LA28’s web and app experiences; serves as a central operator across content, product, and technology to ensure digital initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and delivered; partners with Content, Web Publishing, MarTech, Fan Data, and Integrated Marketing to translate business goals into actionable plans, manage timelines, and drive end-to-end delivery of web and app initiatives; leads coordination for major launches and key milestones, ensures content, publishing, and platform readiness across teams, and establishes scalable processes for intake, planning, and collaboration; requires strong cross-functional collaboration, CMS/platform knowledge, ability to translate business needs into requirements and execution plans, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with onsite work in Downtown Los Angeles.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in digital product, program management, or digital experience roles
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional digital initiatives across web and/or mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, digital ecosystems, and content-driven experiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
- Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and execution plans
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or platform providers
- Bachelor's degree preferred
