Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of web and app initiatives from planning through execution; translate business goals and fan experience needs into actionable plans, requirements, and workflows; align cross-functional teams (Content, Social, MarTech, Fan Data, Integrated Marketing) and manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple streams; collaborate with the Web Content Manager and Website Bilingual Content Manager to execute content initiatives, support publishing operations, and ensure platform readiness for major launches; drive improvements to the end-to-end user experience across web and app; establish scalable processes for intake, planning, and collaboration; track performance and remove blockers to keep initiatives moving forward; available to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles; 6–8 years of digital product, program management, or digital experience experience; strong CMS and content-driven experiences understanding; excellent stakeholder management and execution capabilities; Bachelor's degree preferred; salary range $88,000.00 - $115,000.00; relocation assistance not provided.
