Job Summary
Identify, win, and deliver water infrastructure projects while contributing to team growth through targeted client relationship management and business development. Manage the commercial performance of the team and lead staff to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, and retention. Provide input to projects at a project management level to achieve reliable timeliness and quality. This leadership role requires a Chartered Professional Engineer with 10+ years of experience in water infrastructure within a consultancy environment. Required Qualifications
- Chartered Professional Engineer
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering
- 10+ years' professional industry experience in Water Infrastructure
- Experience of delivering technical projects within a consultancy environment both in a Design and Project management capacity
- The ability to prepare successful proposals with the correct scope and budget
- The ability to submit technical reports to a high standard requiring minimal correction; and provide final review of reports
