Manager - Warehousing & Logistics Excellence

Job Summary
Lead process optimization and KPI-driven improvements across warehousing and logistics functions. Drive safety, mutual respect, and operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflows such as picking, packing, and shipping. Monitor KPIs to enhance warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment speed; oversee transportation, distribution networks, and stock positioning for faster delivery. Develop and enforce health, safety, and operational protocols; leverage IT tools like Power BI, SAP, ERP, and other SCM tools to create live dashboards and drive cost improvement projects across the supply chain. Communicate with internal stakeholders to drive cost savings and supply chain efficiency, with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across the logistics value chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics excellence or related logistics roles preferably in FMCG
- Strong in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP
- Skills in Power BI
- Knowledge of various tools like TMS, POD management
- Experience with ERP systems, PBI and other supply chain management tools
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and drive things by proactive coordination
- Good in teamwork, attitude for learning and attention to details
