Job Summary
Manager - Warehousing & Logistics Excellence responsibilities include process optimization in warehousing and logistics using Lean/Six Sigma to improve picking, packing, and shipping; monitor KPIs to enhance warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment speed; oversee transportation, distribution networks, and stock positioning for faster delivery; develop and enforce safety and operational protocols; leverage IT tools like Power BI to create live dashboards and measure real-time costs; drive cost-improvement projects across the supply chain; communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and drive cross-team coordination; requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in logistics with SAP, ERP, and Power BI experience. The role is based in Pune, India, and targets local candidates authorized to work in the country.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics excellence or related logistics roles, preferably in FMCG
- Strong in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Skills in Power BI
- Knowledge of TMS, POD management
- Experience with ERP systems, PBI and other supply chain management tools
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and drive things by proactive coordination
- Good in teamwork, attitude for learning and with attention to details
