Manager Warehouses (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Oversee European warehousing operations across multiple locations, lead initiatives to optimize warehousing performance, safety, and regulatory compliance; mentor warehouse management teams; manage budgets and drive cost-efficiency; drive adoption of WMS and best practices to improve inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency; collaborate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and sales to align operations with business objectives; provide regular performance reports and lead key warehousing projects to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- at least 10 years of professional experience
- proven track record in senior warehousing or logistics management roles
- experience managing multi-site operations across Europe
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to develop and implement long-term strategies
- budget management and cost control in a warehousing environment
- experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication skills
- deep understanding of health and safety regulations
