Job Summary
Warehouse Manager responsible for establishing standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping products and materials. Plan and implement warehouse safety and security programs, review work orders and forecasts to estimate peak periods, and assign work. Lead a team of warehouse staff, schedule pickups and deliveries, and prepare reports and safety manuals. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate a vehicle (MVR check required). Preferred forklift experience and Spanish language proficiency. Knowledge of construction and industrial products is advantageous. Strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and reliable operations to support building America across non-residential, infrastructure, and residential markets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience
- Leads a team of warehouse personnel engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials
- Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
- Forklift experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods; operate company/personal vehicle as required; MVR check will be performed
