Job Summary
Manage warehouse operation processes and coordinate between PUMA Korea and 3PL to ensure cost-efficient, compliant, and reliable logistics services. Monitor warehouse KPIs, prepare monthly cost estimates, and analyze actual costs versus budget forecasts. Lead 3PL contract renewals, tender processes, and performance reviews while conducting stocktaking and performing SAP adjustments. Manage outbound schedules for DTC stores and wholesale deliveries to ensure on-time launch dates, and establish return guidelines for B-grade and seasonal returns. Monitor daily stock movements, reconcile data with 3PL, and compile monthly logistics reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 10~12 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Experience managing 3PL partners
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- SAP and WMS proficiency
- MS-Office
