Job Summary
Plan, develop, and maintain warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency while evaluating and selecting 3PL partners based on service capabilities and cost-effectiveness. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance, and compliance, and negotiate contracts and commercials with suppliers and service providers. Monitor warehouse construction, layout design, and equipment installation, oversee sourcing strategies for timely procurement, and ensure 3PL operations meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks. Analyze cost structures, implement cost-saving initiatives, conduct periodic vendor audits, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align plans with business goals. Requires 4–8 years of experience; full-time role in Corporate Office, Chennai, with immediate joining.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse infrastructure design and optimization
- Expertise in 3PL operations and contract management
- Proven skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management
- Commercial acumen with cost analysis and budgeting capabilities
- Project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication Skills
- Excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology
- Language skills: Hindi & English
