Job Summary
Senior-level restaurant leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations of Antonio's at the Wadsworth location. The Pizzaiolo/General Manager will supervise and train a team including apprentices and senior pizzaiolos, ensure all shifts are run to standard with operational excellence, conduct interviews and assist with hiring, perform opening/closing duties, manage cash handling and inventory, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. The role requires hands-on capability across front- and back-of-house stations, knowledge of cooking standards, and a commitment to growth through the Pizzaiolo Career Path. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screening
- Server Safe Certified or willing to go through our internal SSC Class
- Strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherence
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge of recruitment, selection and training
- Flexibility to work up to 55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sold
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Results oriented and customer focused
