Job Summary
Design high-impact national and local campaigns to convert passive interest into active, consistent volunteer participation. Build frameworks for retention by fostering purpose, recognition, and community connection. Implement a scalable leadership development framework to mentor and empower "Club Leads" to manage chapters independently. Drive geographical growth using data-driven systems and strategic partnerships while maintaining the "Bhumi Standard" across a decentralized model. Requires a Bachelor's/Master's degree, minimum 3 years volunteering experience, and 2 years in volunteer management. Candidates must demonstrate high emotional maturity, exceptional English communication, and the operational grit to travel nationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant field or a fellowship
- Minimum 3 years of Volunteering experience and community engagement
- Minimum 2 years experience in Volunteer management
- High emotional maturity
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a decentralized, non-hierarchical environment
- Exceptional English communication
- Ability to inspire diverse groups through public speaking and digital platforms
- A 'proactive and resourceful' mindset
- Willingness to travel nationally to ground-level club activities
