Job Summary

Manager, Visual Merchandising – Americas, West Coast based in Los Angeles leads VM strategy and execution across Diptyque West Coast retail and wholesale networks (including TR and Indies, LATAM as requested) to ensure elevated, cohesive brand storytelling. Responsibilities include planning and executing visual merchandising initiatives, managing installations for boutiques and openings, guiding field teams, collaborating with Retail, Sales, Marketing, and external partners, tracking KPIs, and maintaining budgets (CAPEX/OPEX). The role requires extensive travel (up to ~60–70%), strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate visual strategies into commercial impact while upholding Maison standards across boutiques, department stores, travel retail, and independent partners throughout the region.

Required Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of visual merchandising experience within luxury retail
  • Strong understanding of retail and wholesale operations and client experience standards
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to ~60–70%)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to connect visual merchandising initiatives to commercial performance and client experience outcomes
  • Experience leading field teams and training/coaching teams
  • Budget discipline (CAPEX and OPEX)
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and French culture affinity
