Job Summary
Responsible for supervising the development, delivery and evaluation of Saskatchewan’s vehicle equipment and safety standards and vehicle inspection programs for the Auto Fund. Oversees external stakeholder relationships, monitors regulatory compliance, and leads program policy development, risk assessments, and continuous process improvements. Manages program delivery, budgeting, internal controls, and customer experience, while building a high-performing workforce through leadership development and succession planning. Requires a heavy duty equipment mechanic or truck and transport mechanic journeyperson certificate or a four-year degree in a relevant field, plus eight years of experience (four in leadership and four in repair/maintenance of vehicles).
