Manager - Vascular Access

Lead the unit as Clinical/Operations Manager for Vascular Access with 24-hour responsibility for implementing hospital and nursing department goals, policies, and procedures and overseeing patient care, human resources, and financial management within the designated unit. Exercise authority over unit operations, demonstrate superior communication with internal and external customers, and uphold integrity, character, and sound judgment. This role requires strong healthcare leadership and the ability to manage clinical operations, budgeting, and policy adherence in a hospital setting.
