Manager Valve Services

Lead and oversee the regional Valve Services organization to plan, schedule, and execute online and outage activities, providing guidance and oversight through performance monitoring, audits, and lessons learned for continuous improvement. Collaborate with CECs to plan and execute work, manage department resources and budgets for optimum equipment reliability, and hire, develop, retain, and mentor talent. Perform emergency response duties and cross-department coverage as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or an SRO license with 8+ years (or equivalent combinations) and prior supervisory/managerial experience. Nuclear power plant operations experience and Valve/Motor Operated Valve outage planning and P6 scheduling experience are preferred. Location: Ottawa, IL, US.
