Job Summary
Manage and monitor the regional Valve Services organization to ensure a productive workforce supporting divisional, CEC, and corporate goals during online and outage activities. Provide guidance and oversight through performance monitoring, audits, and lessons learned for continuous improvement; collaborate with CECs to plan, schedule, and execute work activities; manage department resources and budgets for optimum equipment reliability; hire, develop, retain and mentor talent; perform duties including emergency response and outage coverage as directed by management. Preferred experience in nuclear power plant operations, Valve outage planning, P6 scheduling, and related electrical Valve planning tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s degree with 8 years of related experience OR
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience OR
- Associate‘s degree with 10 years of related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience
- Supervisory and/or managerial experience
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
