Job Summary
Manage regional Valve Services organization to ensure productive workforce supporting divisional, Clean Energy Center, and corporate goals. Provide guidance during online and outage activities, plan, schedule, and execute work with CECs, monitor department resources and budgets for optimum equipment reliability, hire and mentor talent, and fulfill emergency/responses and cross-department duties as needed; requires experience in nuclear power plant operations, Valve/O outage planning, electrical/MOV expertise, P6 scheduling, and strong supervisory/managerial capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience OR
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience OR
- Associate's degree with 10 years of related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience
- Supervisory and/or managerial experience
