Lead portfolio-wide value realisation for Business Banking transformation initiatives, align strategic priorities, lead benefits realisation from identification to tracking, and embed value frameworks to maximise ROI. Drive data-driven decision-making with analytics and executive-ready reporting, collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution, champion digital and data transformation, influence senior leaders on prioritisation and value decisions, develop a value realisation capability across the portfolio, and ensure sustainable benefits through governance, scorecards, and continuous improvement.
