Job Summary
Lead and coach multiple Agile product teams to improve flow, manage dependencies, and enable predictable delivery while supporting the organization's transition to a product-centric operating model. Drive delivery planning, execution, and continuous improvement by partnering with Product Owners, business leaders, and technology teams to translate strategic priorities into measurable results. Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and capacity activities while establishing metrics to monitor team health and value realization. Coach teams and leaders on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and product operating model practices to optimize effectiveness. Requires minimum 8 years of Agile delivery experience and 5 years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master; holds CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM, or SA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of Agile delivery, program management, product delivery, or related experience
- Minimum 5 years as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or similar role
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- SAFe Agilist (SA)
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 5 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and product operating models
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
