Job Summary
The Manager, Value Capture Operations oversees daily production activities across multiple manufacturing cells, ensuring operational excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing the value stream’s budget, and leading a team of Production Technicians. Key responsibilities include maintaining production schedules, conducting monthly labor assessments, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant leadership experience in operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years in an operations leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

- Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred)
