Job Summary
The Manager, Value Capture Operations is responsible for overseeing daily production activities across multiple manufacturing cells, ensuring operational excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement using lean methodologies. This role includes leading a team of Production Technicians, developing production schedules, managing the budget and KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong logistical and problem-solving skills, experience in manufacturing environments, and be capable of aligning operations with strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years in an operations leadership role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred)
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results
