Job Summary
Lead development and execution of pricing and reimbursement strategies for Lilly products, including launch and post-launch activities; develop best-in-class health economics and budget impact dossiers for submissions and payer negotiations; negotiate pricing with government authorities to support product reimbursement; manage HEOR planning and vendor relationships; supervise and coach associates, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate payer needs into local strategy while shaping policy opportunities to improve market access.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above majored in pharmacy or health policy (preferred)
- Good in English (Speaking and Writing)
- Proficient computer skills (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
- High motivation and creative problem solving
- Strong learning agility
- Prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to review clinical/scientific literature
- Ability to analyze and interpret health outcomes data
- Experience with pricing policies & HEOR (preferred)
