Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex valuation assignments, ensuring timely completion and strict compliance with professional standards (RICS/HKIS). Supervise and mentor teams of analysts, assigning resources effectively and conducting final reviews of reports, working papers, and financial models to ensure accuracy. Drive adoption of advanced tools including Excel, VBA, Python, and AI to automate tasks and enhance data analysis, while updating internal SOPs and knowledge bases to improve team efficiency. Requires 5-8 years of relevant experience and proficiency in financial modeling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, or related fields
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in property valuation
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Desired Qualifications
- Professional qualification (MRICS, MHKIS, CFA, or CPA)
- Cantonese
- Experience with VBA, Python, AI tools, or data visualization
