Job Summary
Manager Valuation role in Atlanta: Work with senior analysts to prepare and review quantitative valuation and related analytics; prepare written expert reports and deliver oral presentations; develop new client engagements; provide financial advisory services for transaction, taxation, and litigation; cultivate client relationships to generate revenue; demonstrate thought leadership through publications and professional organization activities; act as primary contact with major corporate and institutional clients. Qualifications include 3+ years in business valuation and expert witness reports, 1+ year managing engagement workflow and mentoring analysts, strong communication skills, proficiency in Python/SQL, and credentials such as CPA, ABV, CFA, CBA, CVA, or ASA; Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics is required, MBA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in preparing business valuation and expert witness reports
- 1+ years of experience managing engagement workflow, overseeing and developing associate analyst team members on fundamental valuations, and interacting with clients
- Demonstrated thought leadership and experience in accounting and management due diligence
- Demonstrated ability to work collectively within teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
- One or more of the following credentials: CPA, ABV, CFA, CBA, CVA, ASA
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics is required
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
