Job Summary
Lead the delivery of valuation services in the PRC, managing execution of market research, data analysis, valuation modelling, site inspections, report preparation, and review to ensure technical accuracy. Support business development activities including project pitches, proposal preparation, fee negotiations, and market presentations while driving the adoption of technology, data analytics, and AI tools to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with team members across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou to maintain strong client relationships and uphold the internal data library. Travel on assignments within the PRC as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in real estate, surveying, economics or business related discipline
- 3-8 years working experience
- Experience preferably in real estate valuation, advisory, consulting, investment or related fields
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, real estate markets, investment analysis, and capital market dynamics
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation solutions
- Professional qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High initiative with good team work
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Individual is expected to travel on assignments within the PRC
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for Real Estate and strong interest in REITs, private equity, funds and real estate investment markets
- Experience with VBA, Python, Power BI, or other data analytics tools
