Manager Validation RAN - Paris - H/F

Define RAN software test catalogs and validate new hardware equipment for 4G/5G, evaluating stability, energy consumption, and RF performance. Establish validation strategies to ensure solution quality while meeting group deadlines, and manage supplier issues to guarantee timely resolution. Guarantee deliverable quality for internal teams and vendors through test reports, root cause analysis, and activation procedures. Coordinate software evolution and OSS compatibility, propose automation improvements, and lead a team of validation engineers. Provide regular reporting to the Radio Engineering Directorate with strategic recommendations. Requires 8–10 years in telecommunications with management experience; based in Paris with remote work options.
