Job Summary
Own the research roadmap for a core product area, identifying high-impact opportunities and running studies hands-on to drive measurable business results. Manage and mentor a small team of researchers while leading end-to-end planning and execution with cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering partners. Synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative methods, including product analytics and competitive intelligence, to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Contribute to scalable research practices and infrastructure to advance UX maturity, sourcing vendors to augment team capabilities. Present research to executive audiences to influence decisions that align user needs with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of UX research experience on digital products
- Proven track record of insights that led to measurable product improvements
- Experience managing or mentoring researchers
- Record of growing people and elevating work beyond your own
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods
- Judgment to know when to use which method
- Experience conducting complex research at scale
- Track record of driving alignment with cross-functional partners around user needs
- Proven ability to present research to executive audiences
- Experience influencing the decisions that follow
- Experience with B2B products that support business productivity, project management, or processes
