Job Summary

Manager, User Experience leads the UX Design team to shape the bank's customer experiences by setting the vision, standards, and roadmaps for conceptual design, prototyping, and testing of user interfaces. Responsible for building a mature UX capability, mentoring designers and developers, collaborating with stakeholders across product management, IT, marketing, and enterprise architecture, and driving risk-aware, customer-centric product improvements. Articulates and executes strategy, manages resources and lifecycles, fosters cross-functional partnerships, and communicates effectively to diverse audiences while ensuring a strong focus on delivering value and improved user experiences. Requires a Bachelor's (or higher) in a related field with 9+ years of experience in innovation/strategy or design; Master’s degree preferred; strong portfolio and proficiency in design thinking, roadmaps, and cross-team collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, or equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred.
