Manager, US Expansion EHS Program Manager

Job Summary
Develop and execute EHS communication strategies for Idaho and New York operations, creating messaging, newsletters, and materials for town halls and leadership meetings. Establish standardized document management systems and govern EHS procedures, standards, and training content while managing training records and competency tracking across multiple locations. Serve as the owner for EHS performance reporting, developing dashboards that track leading and lagging indicators, compliance status, and incident trends to drive continuous improvement. Provide oversight for construction medical clinic operations and manage regional workers' compensation programs, including reporting, trend analysis, and return-to-work initiatives. Collaborate with EHS leaders, site teams, and external stakeholders to implement regional processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Business, Communications, Workforce Development or a related field
- Experience managing cross-functional programs in a complex, multi-site environment
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience developing training, documentation, communications, or operational programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing data and dashboards to drive decisions
- Ability to effectively influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in EHS, occupational health, workers' compensation, construction safety, or industrial operations
- Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Learning Management Systems, and document management platforms
- Experience supporting large-scale construction or manufacturing environments
