Job Summary
Develop weekly schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and lead coverage while directing the team to maintain consistently high performance. Assist with hiring, retention, coaching, and discipline; execute staff training programs and select candidates for internal promotion. Lead operations across entertainment, food, beverage, and attractions; manage inventory, control expenses, and ensure a safe, clean environment. Implement employee recognition and incentive programs while continuously improving operational execution through adherence to standards. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year supervisory or management experience
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
- Computer skills essential — Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be able and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality is preferred (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants)
- CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred
- Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude!
- Demonstrated ability in developing team members in areas of responsibility
