Job Summary

Direct, manage, and evaluate services provided by Unit and Staffing Coordinators on a 24/7 basis to meet continuous quality improvement, support nursing functions and staffing levels, and ensure patient access, flow, and safety. Collaborate with department leaders to assure standard work and engage in effective partnering to support their needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of management experience, and three years managing complex schedules. Compensation ranges from $88,786 to $133,180 annually for full-time employment. This role supports Seattle Children's mission to care for all children in the region through superior patient care and pediatric research.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in health care, business or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing complex schedules
